Registration fees

The registration fee includes:
- admission to all sessions,
- conference materials,
- the Welcome Reception,
- the Gala Dinner,
- lunches,
- and coffee breaks during the conference.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Any changes or cancellations related to registration must be submitted in writing to icfd2026@pg.edu.pl
- For cancellations received by 28 February 2026, a handling fee of €30 will be deducted from the refund.
- For cancellations received between 1 March and 15 April 2026, a 70% deduction will be applied to the refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 15 April 2026.
