Instructions for abstract submission
  • Each presenting author may submit a maximum of two abstracts. This does not prevent any author from being listed as a co-author on other abstracts submitted by different presenting authors.
  • Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee with regard to the novelty, methodological robustness, scientific impact, and innovation of the research described. Time-slots for oral presentations are limited in the Conference Program. If, after abstract evaluation, we are not able to offer the opportunity of oral presentation, authors of submitted abstracts will be informed about qualifying their abstracts for poster presentation, providing the evaluation of the abstracts by the Scientific Committee is positive.
  • The abstract must not exceed one page in length, including all required information (please generate and check the preview before submitting).
  • Please ensure that your abstract is free from spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the conference website, in accordance with the provided instructions regarding the maximum number of characters and other requirements specified in the relevant sections of the abstract (see below). A preview of the abstract will be generated once all required sections have been completed. The preview will automatically apply text formatting
