Abstract evaluation outcome

The abstract evaluation process has been finalised by the Scientific Committee, and the authors of all submissions have been informed by email about the type of presentation (oral or poster) for which their abstracts have been accepted.

Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

Please prepare your presentation preferably in MS PowerPoint (or PDF) and bring it with you to the conference.

All presentations must be uploaded to the conference computer before the relevant session, or earlier during the conference. The use of personal laptops for presentations during sessions will not be permitted.

Please adhere to the allocated presentation times to ensure the smooth running of the conference programme.

Presentation durations:

• Standard oral presentation: 15 minutes in total – 12 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions
• Plenary lecture: 40 minutes in total – 30 minutes for the presentation, followed by 10 minutes for questions

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in vertical A0 format. Please prepare your poster and bring it with you to the conference.
